服務很好，尤其是在早餐餐廳，找到了二十年前住五星酒店時的那種温暖的熱情，這些年住過很多的五星酒店態度上儘管熱情，但那是一種是職業化的感受，他們未必真愛自己的工作，襄陽這家皇冠假日卻讓我重温了這種記憶。
周邊實在太方便了，萬達廣場都是吃的，想吃特色可以再走遠點，有鴨脣王連鎖店。
酒店設施稍微舊了點，不過舒適度沒問題。要是換成智能馬桶就太好了。
